The Albtrauf (northern rim of the Swabian Alb) around Bad Urach is an exciting climbing area full of tradition. Around 500 routes on about 20 cliffs, with a scale of difficulty ranging from 3 to 10, enable any climber to fulfil his or her vertical dreams. The sunny viewpoint high above the valley is often of particular beauty.
